Martha Stewart just rolled out an amazing new book with 175 different kid friendly crafts! If anybody knows anything about crafting, its Martha. They’ve even made a collection of video tutorials available to help (a mom) out. Many of these projects are great little “boredom busters” especially for the summertime – you know what I’m talking about. There is a little something for every age group.
My daughter Autumn (11 years old) and I took a little trip to Stickville (on pg.72) and created an ADORABLE popsicle stick sized popsicle stand. Even Grandma couldn’t help but get in on this craft!
If your kids have a passion for crafting, this is the book for you! Whether you follow each direction word for word, or use an idea as a jumping off point to put your own spin on it, Martha’s Crafts for Kids is an amazing resource. Next? My son Jack (8 years old) is itching to do one of the sewing projects – yeah, you heard me Sewing project! Stay tuned for more crafting!
